About the roleWe are now looking for a Norwegian or Danish-speaking service coordinator for our client in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm. In this role, you will have a broad and varied position where you are responsible for coordinating service requests, ensuring a smooth workflow, and acting as an important link between customers, technicians, and internal departments.

This is a full-time consulting assignment for approximately 6 months, where you will be employed by The Place, with the possibility of extension or takeover by the client. Desired start is as soon as possible, considering notice period.

Your main tasks will include:

• Coordinating and planning service assignments

• Acting as a contact person between technicians, customers, and internal departments

• Managing incoming requests, rescheduling, and deviations

• Following up on assignments and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction

• Administering service requests and documentation in the business system

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have the following:

• Fluent language skills in Norwegian or Danish, both spoken and written

• Previous work experience in service

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP

• Start: As soon as possible, considering notice period.

• Employment type: This is a full-time consulting assignment for approximately 6 months, where you will be employed by The Place. After that, there is a chance for extension.

• Working hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

• Hammarby Sjöstad. The work is primarily on-site, with the possibility of hybrid work some days a week in consultation with the team.
